There is a power that comes with giving flowers! They don't need to be expensive and there don't have to be many. The pure joy that these natural blooms provide to the receiver and the giver is impossible to replicate. Before the holidays we asked you to nominate the volunteers in your life, the people who gave up their precious time just to give back to your communities. Once again, we were not disappointed!
While there are so many people we can mention, we have to limit it here. You can see all the comments on our Facebook post. All the people who are tagged are constantly giving back and all deserve to win. We were torn and couldn't pick just one giving person.. so we chose TWO!
The first volunteer that was chosen is Janet. Janet is a selfless person who has been volunteering her precious time with the Heart & Stroke Foundation for years! We were so happy to hear that Janet was surprised and loved the flowers that she was given early this month. Be sure to watch the video below capturing The Power of Flowers.
The second volunteer that was chosen is Debi. Debi is a wonderful soul that dedicates 7 days a week to helping out people with addictions. "She does it all for free, because her heart is enormous." says her friend Mary, who was kind enough to surprise Debi with a beautiful Bloomex Bouquet and a box of chocolates!
