In October, we asked our customers to share stories about the people in their lives who they are most thankful for and why. We expected to read some beautiful sentiments but what we received was an enormous outpouring of love for people who put others before themselves everyday.
What started as a simple contest will now be transformed into a monthly blog series documenting stories of sacrifice and love. We are excited to share these acts of kindness and are truly honoured to have such amazing people as our customers!
Our first story comes from Kacey Postill who wanted to thank her mother for always being there through the difficult times in her life.
"I was first diagnosed with the degenerative brain disease, found out I was pregnant with twins of which I was told was impossible by numerous doctors and then after having a very difficult pregnancy where she delivered my twins I was diagnosed with Parkinson's."
Her mom drives from Ajax to her farm every day to make sure Kacey is healthy and take care of the twins. She cooks, she cleans and does it all without asking for anything in return.

This really was a special moment! Bonnie was completely surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers by her two grand children (who couldn't be cuter BTW!)
