FlowerNite is an interactive design workshop perfect for team builder events. Employees create and take home beautiful floral masterpieces while communicating in a positive way with their co-workers. Our hosts take care of set up, instruction and all clean up.

By signing up for a corporate account, you and your employees will receive 20% off all flowers, gift baskets, cakes and other gourmet gifts. We also have a subscription service for regular floral deliveries should there be a need to have fresh flowers in your office monthly, weekly or for special events.

To launch our new corporate program, Bloomex is honoured to be attending the HRPA Annual Conference and Trade Show in Toronto January 31- February 2, 2018. Our team will be there to promote our new initiatives and an expert florist will be on-site creating beautiful arrangements while discussing the benefits of having a FlowerNite workshop in your workplace.

Demonstrations will take place Wednesday, January 31 from 2- 3 p.m. and Thursday February 1 at 9- 10:30 a.m. and 2- 3 p.m.

The HRPA Conference is the world’s second largest human resources conference and is held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The annual conference brings together HR professionals to discover and discuss the issues affecting today’s industry.

PR and Roses

Bloomex had the distinct honour of sponsoring the Second Annual Humber Public Relations Conference: "Autobahn: Your Journey to a Fast-Paced Career in PR" on January 11, 2018 at Humber College. Third year Bachelor of Public Relations (BPR) students hosted the educational networking event in the new Centre for Entrepreneurship at LakeShore Campus. The evening featured a panel of industry professionals such as Emily Whalen, Account Executive at Edelman, and Abby Albino, Communications Manager at Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment. Bloomex provided white roses and alstroemeria that adorned the venue with simple elegance. 

The event was a huge success, with over 100 attendees and lots of valuable advice being shared among seasoned and blossoming PR talent.

Bloomex supports Canada's figure skating super stars!

The 2018 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships were the last stop before PyeongChang for Canada’s top figure skaters. The best of the best competed for the chance to join Team Canada at the Winter Olympic Games on their journey for gold.

Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir dazzled judges, twirling into first place in all their categories. The dynamic duo was also honoured with the responsibility of carrying Canada’s flag during the Olympic opening ceremonies on February 9, 2018. Patrick Chan, Kaetlyn Osmond, Meagan Duhamel and Eric Radford are also among the athletes competing for Canada in their respective events.

As an official sponsor for Skate Canada, Bloomex provided all the flowers including the medalist bouquets presented to all winners. Our team in Vancouver had so much fun designing the arrangements which were a combination of vibrant red and white blooms, Skate Canada’s official colours.

We wish all our athletes the best of luck over in South Korea and will be cheering them on from here at home! #PyeongChang2018

Bloomex is kicking off 2018 at the Ottawa Home and Remodelling Show!

The show runs from January 18-21 at the EY Centre.

Bloomex does vintage chic with Koffler Couture

Bloomex had the esteem pleasure of providing flowers for the annual Koffler Couture event hosted by the Koffler Arts Centre, December 9-11, 2017 in Toronto's trendy Queen West West neighbourhood. Known as a 'treasure hunter's dream', fashionistas can find vintage gems from designers such as Prada, Chanel and Versace. Bloomex designed vintage inspired arrangements of pink roses and white carnations to adorn the gallery venue.

Shoppers also enjoyed music and refreshments as they scoured the racks for unique items. The show has become a huge success, having to expand to a three day event this year, with a new Mark-Down Monday sale that saw extravagant discounts on all remaining designer items.

Bloomex Supports Chai LifeLine Poker Fundraiser

Bloomex was delighted to provide the floral arrangements for Chai Lifeline's annual Go All In fundraiser this year. Our team had so much fun creating vibrant red, orange and yellow centrepieces that really popped on the black and white striped table cloths. Every year, Chai Lifeline throws this poker night in honour of all the Chai Warriors that help fund 24 programs supporting 400 families in the Toronto area. Guests enjoy a classic casino night with blackjack tables, roulette and of course, poker! 

Chai Lifeline is an amazing organization that helps support families of seriously ill children as they undergo treatment. Counselling for each member of the family, tutoring for children who must miss school, family retreats, special sibling programs and summer camps all help to relieve the stress of treatment. Each program is lead by passionate volunteers and is completely free.

Help Raise Hope this Holiday Season

This year, Bloomex has created the Season of Hope Collection to help raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) over the Holidays. The collection features four products that are perfecting for gifting or decorating the dinner table. Bloomex is donating 15 per cent of sale for each of these special products, up to a maximum of $3,000 to CCS to fund the most promising cancer research and support services for patients and their families.
