The RWB presents The Sleeping Beauty

The Sleeping Beauty is a timeless tale of love, loss and hope. Presented by the Royal Winnipeg Ballet (RWB), the show is a crown jewel of the company, celebrated for its glorious music, lavish costuming and regal sets. As official floral partner of the RWB, Bloomex is proud to be providing the ballerina bouquets presented at the end of each show.

On the day of her christening, Princess Aurora is cursed to prick her finger and die on her 16th birthday by the evil fairy Carabosse. Although protected by her fairy godmothers, Aurora is tricked by the evil fairy and falls into a deep sleep, along with the her entire kingdom. One hundred years later, Prince Desire discovers the sleeping princess and wakes her with a kiss of true love. The couple marries and of course lives happily ever after.
