I phoned your number, knowing nothing about you or your service ... the person on the phone was so pleasant ... Stephan ? ... and he gave me confidence that I was calling a person, rather than a "machine" taking a number ... the flowers were delivered to my friends room at the hospital and she has had rave comments on the flowers and arrangement. Thank you for bringing a smile to a sick person's face ... I could see her smile from across the country. Again, thank you so much ... and for asking for this follow up. It is so professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use BLOOMEX again, should the service be needed. Thank you!

I decided to phone a florist in Winnipeg directly from Scotland. I forgot about the time difference so even 'though it was only 6am in Winnipeg, the response was friendly and efficient. I did not see the product but my friend to whom I sent the bouquet has emailed me to thank me and to tell me how lovely the bouquet is. Many thanks.

ReplyDeleteAlthough I did not see the floral arrangements myself in Sydney, they must be beautiful.
Reason as follows:
1. The floral arrangement recipient was a 90 years old lady . Due to the time zone difference (14 hrs from Sydney), she rang about 10-15 times within an hour on my home number to let me know they were stunning and really lifted up her spirit. I could imagine it was an effort for an elderly lady at her age to ring me up so many times, so I thought she must be very thrilled. That’s what I want tocheer her up and your floral delivery did the job for me !!! Thank your for your execution.
2. The staff who took the IDD call was very patient (I think his name was Stefan) and it was past bbusiness closing time 6:45 PM (Canadian time).
3. The email sent from Bloomex to inform me the order status / process / confirmation details ( delivery address, arrangement ready for XXX date delivery , credit card debited confirmed etc ) was an extra reassurance to me as a customer that all steps were in order.
I will definitely utilise your service for next time international floral request.

ReplyDeleteThe website indicates that same day delivery is available if ordered before 1:00. I placed my order in the morning on Saturday asking for delivery the same day because deliveries were not done on Sunday. When I called my mother on Sunday to see if she had received her basket - she had not. Needless to say I was very disappointed with that. Later that day she called me to say someone from Bloomex had called her to let her know they had received an order so her "kids hadn't forgotten" about her. I do appreciate that someone called. I take some of the blame because I should have ordered sooner, however, same day delivery means same day delivery.
ReplyDeleteAfter unsuccessfully attempting to order online I was contacted by phone and assisted I was notified promptly that the delivery had been rec'd and signed for by the recipent - who was surprised and delighted - When will Bloomex be available in Kingston??

ReplyDeleteBloomex has a good concept- beautiful flowers at cheap prices. I like the whole getting directly from the growers, so they are fresher than other florists. I placed my order online via their website www.bloomex.ca. I have ordered from them 2 times before and no issues, flowers great shape, everything. This time, I specifically asked that they deliver flowers before 3pm, as my vet (who was getting flowers) was leaving her office. Well bloomex delivered the flowers after 3pm, and she wasn't there. I called bloomex, spoke to a very nice lady who helped resolve the problem. Bloomex said they could re-deliver new flowers at my vet's home if I wanted. I didn't have her home address. I found out that a staff at the vet office lives by my vet and dropped off the flowers. I was happy with my vet's response that the flowers were wonderful and colourful, but I was sad that bloomex did not deliver them by 3pm. when I talked to bloomex manager, she apologized and said they tried but only guarantee a delivery time frame and not a specific time, although they "try their best to accomodate". |She did offer a discount for other flowers I order, that was nice. all in all, the flowers were beautiful, and the customer service was wonderful, bt the delivery was disappointing. If you aren't picky about a time, then order from bloomex....otherwise, you are taking your chances.
It was very easy to order the flower arrangments from New Brunswick goin to Ontario. Great way to order flowers and less expensive than using the local florist.

It was the day of my Mother's birthday and neither did I or my siblings had gotten anything for our mother so I decided to do the last minute thing and hop on the internet. I found Bloomex and on their website it stated they offer same day delivery. It was roughly 9-10am that I made the order and believe it or not it was sitting in my Mother's kitchen by 1-2pm. Now that was amazing and best of all it cost me nothing extra. I am not one to praise a company however in this case I was impressed.

The person on the phone wrote my phone number down with an extra number. My email confirmation didn't state the full message I asked for on the card, so I had to follow that up. The operator didn't know the address of a Vancouver hospital.
ReplyDeleteThe delivery was later than stated by the operator and it had to be redelivered in 2 days. I was very happy with the redelivery service. They made a new arrangement and delivered it on Monday. Thanks for that!
My order made it on the right day and within the right time frame. The flowers were beautiful but unfortunately my chocolates were forgotten.

I read a lot of negative comments about your service which nearly convinced me to not buy. I would advise that you spend more time and resources making these unhappy customers happy again.
I was so pleased to be able to celebrate with my sister who now lives across the country from me. Bloomex online was easy to use and the delivery was very prompt!

ReplyDeleteI ordered some flowers for a friends birthday on a Friday. I think they were out for delivery and delivered within 2-3 hours of me placing the order! I was very impressed with all of the communication, and although I did not see the arrangement, my friend assured me it was beautiful!

I was anxious to have flowers delivered to my sister, who had moved across the country. I found Bloomex through Google and checked out their site. I was really impressed with their variety of arrangements and price ranges and decided to take a chance on them. I'm so glad I did! They delivered the exact arrangement I had chosen and the delivery time was exactly as requested. I'll be using them from now on!

My parents 60th wedding anniversary was coming up, and I had no idea what to send them (in Toronto). I found Bloomex online, and decided on a "Java" basket. The woman I talked to was courteous, and took all my information quickly and efficiently. I received an email minutes later, confirming my order.
ReplyDeleteThe order was delivered on time, and was much more than I thought. My parents were thrilled and are still enjoying all the goodies they received.
I will definately use Bloomex again and again.
The roses were just as pictured and very nice. My girlfriend loved them. I compared prices and Bloomex were by far the cheapest. However I specified morning delivery and they were not delivered until 4:30pm.
